I say a lot on this blog that variety and keeping one’s eyes open for new ideas is key to keeping energized about healthy eating. To help you (and me!) to stay inspired and informed, I have decided to dedicate a page of the site to free Kindle books that offer recipes or other information that can assist with becoming your most healthy self.

Check back on Fridays to see what’s going for free-99 from the Amazon store! I’ll try to post 10 when 10 are available. (And keep your eye on the blog–I’ll start posting reviews of books I’ve purchased as well, so as not to be a total freeloader.)
